Bomber, 1-25-2017. Bought at the brewery and brought home to the UK to share with friends. 20th June 2017 being the day it was split between five of us at a tasting evening in Chez Sophie. Still seemed fresh to me. Slight haze to the golden/orange pour, white topping. Citrusy and piney in both the nose and taste, some sweetness also from the malts. Nice balance, hoppy yet not overly so.

Bomber @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie. Pours gold with a light haze, small white head. Aroma quite fresh and zesty with prominent fruit and caramel. Taste is quite fruity and piney, lightly spicy and a touch peppery. Vibrant fresh hop presence. Good stuff.
