For our first beer in can we're playing it safe and canning our current Pale Ale recipe. We have no idea how much beer we'll lose during the first days running our A.B.E. LinCan 60 line, so if you're reading this it means our trial was a success, and the cans got thumbs up from our lab tests too! Here's to 2017, and lots of canned beer, cheers!

Yeast BR97. Bittering Hop. Pilgrim Alpha, CO2 Extract. Aroma Hops. El Dorado, Mosaic. Malts. Golden Promise, Wheat.

Can 440ml (AbM, BBE 24 APR 17)
Slightly hazy yellow color, good white head. Light grapefruity aroma, a bit of other fruityness in the background. Light-bodied. Gooseberries, grapefruit hoppyness. Pale malty. Wheat softens the palate. BBE approaching so "just ok" beer and certainly this can was not as good as RB score says.
