For our first beer in can we're playing it safe and canning our current Pale Ale recipe. We have no idea how much beer we'll lose during the first days running our A.B.E. LinCan 60 line, so if you're reading this it means our trial was a success, and the cans got thumbs up from our lab tests too! Here's to 2017, and lots of canned beer, cheers!

Yeast BR97. Bittering Hop. Pilgrim Alpha, CO2 Extract. Aroma Hops. El Dorado, Mosaic. Malts. Golden Promise, Wheat.

Cask @ Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, flowers, peach, pine and malt. Nice sweet hoppy finish.

Cask @ Chelmsford Winter Beer festival. Pours golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, rich fruity hops, peach, mango, citrus. Flavor is light sweet, malt, fruity, citrus. Medium body, soft carbonation. 160217

Can at Mad for Beer in Rome-Italy. Golden hazy, tick frothy white head. Nose is resin, piney, pungently grassy. Mouth: relevant malty start, a bit sweet, medium watery taste, bitterness is not that perceivable. Tasty ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Dorata, appena torbida, schiuma bianca media, non molto persistente. Al naso note di frutta tropicale, mango, passionfruit, agrumi. In bocca è equilibrata con amaro contenuto. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ok.

Can at home, 11/02/17. Very lightly hazed pale golden with a decent off White head. Nose is dank hop tones, citric tinged straw, passionfruit, orange pith, melon, floral notes. Taste comprises pine needles, melon, grass, grapefruit, light skunk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close peppered with semi dank hop bitterness. Solid hop jus for the ABV.

Can shared at hop locker. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a a loose sticky white head. Aroma is citrus hop, little. Mango, grassy, light bready grains. Flavour is composed of of raw light grains, bready, soft fruit, mango and peach, chalky finish. Mineral. Palate is crisp, mineral, flint, highish carbonation, crisp. Good. ,

Cask @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Clear golden with a small head. Crisp and fruity, hoppy, and nicely palatable.

Old Fountain. Cask. As Cloudwater Pale, 3.9%. Lightly hazy yellow - gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has modest fine carbonation. Slightly grainy pale malts. Bitter floralness. Decent yellow grapefruit and pith. Light semi dry finish. Not bad.
