330ml bottle on 12th July at the monthly Shrewsbury Bottle Share: cheers Simon. Poured misty, light lemon in colour with a white head. Aroma was off putting with a dirty herbal smelling dishcloth. Taste had no Oatmeal flavours I could detect, just a bland slightly herbal/spicy mess. As Mat says below my rating, it wasn’t good.

330ml bottle @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, July 16, courtesy of Simon. Many thanks. Pours misty yellow, smooth white head. Aroma is old dishwater. Taste is oxidised, stale, lightly spicy hops, quite a light almost lagery mouthfeel. Too many off moments, couldn’t finish. Perhaps past its best?

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Opaque, dark yellow. Skim of white head. Nose is wheaty and oaty. Some citrus, mostly lemon. Some peach and apricot, although it’s the wheaty, oaty character that dominates. Taste is light bitter. Some sweetness from the oats. Good mouthfeel. Soft and foamy, but fresh, too. Gets more bitter on the finish, with some citrus zestiness coming through.
