Can from Micro Beer Crate. Pours a pale crystal clear gold, brief white fizzy head, some bubbles remain. Aroma is very floral with the elderflower on a background of tangy dessert apple and light funk. Taste is very much as anticipated from the aroma with the elderflower dominating but a tangy apple still notable. Somewhat sweet and sugary but a drying close. Mouthfeel is a light and oily. Mixed.

330ml can from House of Trembling Madness, York. Golden golden, short-lived thin fizzy white foam head and aroma of elderflower. Taste is sweet, floral elderflower, sugary, juicy apple and mellow citric fruity. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, light bodied, low to medium carbonation, drying finish with lingering elderflower. Quite OK

Box @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Smooth textured cider, which feels very nice in the palate. The elderflower taste is stated but not overly so, and it lingers in the palate. Pale golden coloured.

Box @ The Salopian Bar, Shrewsbury. Pours pale yellow, strong floral / elderflower aroma. Taste continues with a vibrant floral character, some pot pourri, but a bit too sweet and sharp for me.
