Keg at Mikkeller and Friends, 11/11/17. Golden orange with a well presented off white cap. Nose is funk, grains, lemon rind, straw, sharp citric notes. Taste comprises straw, toasted grains, yeast esters, vanilla oak, light spice, wooded tones, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough saison but not as good as I had expected from these guys.

8 oz. draft at the Fermentaria. A near clear pale yellow appearance. Some lasting foam. Aroma is honey grain, moderate oak, yeast. Wheat-like backbone. Really nice flavors; white wine, light tart citrus, and ends on a dry oaky finish. Effervescent mouthfeel. Another beer /white wine hybrid. Very tasty!
