Keg at Camden Town - London. Pours murky matte yellow with a frothy white head. The nose has lots of esters, some wheat, certainly some rosemary poking through. Medium sweet flavor with moderate doughy wheat, sugary citrus fruits, zesty lemon. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes sweet with further doughy wheat, faint sugary fruits, jammy citrus, faint bitter hay. Not much apricot - if any. A pretty solid wit.

On tap at the Kernel brewery. Hazy gold thick white head. It’s a mild wit with definitely sweet apricot. Rather nice and refreshing and would be great on a hot summer’s day. Some dryness on the finish. Pretty good. Some lemon wit aroma.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Hazy yellow, thin white head. Fruit aromas, light rosemary. Apricot and coriander seeds on the taste. Slightly funky note. Odd. Too fizzy.

Keg at Well & Bucket. It pours cloudy pale gold with a thick white head. The nose is fresh, earthy, dough, hay, rosemary and light creaminess. The taste is smooth, doughy, wheat, apricot, peach, herbal, light lactic feel with a clean finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and foamy carbonation. Balanced, refreshing and rather drinkable stuff.

Keg at the Euston tap. Aroma is nice floral, bready wheat and spritz. Bright yellow cloudy pour with a bright white froth. Some light tart fruit in the nose. Flavour is wheat, carbonic acid, and some light lemon and apricot fruits. Palate is thin watery and over carbonated. Residual dusty cereal and tart fruit.

Keg at the Euston Tap, 23/05/14. Hazed orange with a moderately appointed white covering that retains well. Nose is lemon rind, straw, floral notes, earthy, light bready yeast, tarte apicot. Taste comprises lemon rind, tangerine, light spice, very subtle rosemary, dried apricot, hay bales. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, crisp refreshing close. Solid wit, plenty of flavour, great thirst quencher for the summer.
