Clear orange beer, big creamy off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, ripe mango and papaya, sourish, passion fruits, nice stuff! MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: acidic, very fruity, lots of passion fruit, citrus notes, pretty bitter, lemon peel, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: citrus, lots of grapefruit, bitter, refreshing, soft acidity.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 01/2019. Dorée, col blanc-cassé. Arôme sur un léger bouquet funk, brett, fruité sur les agrumes, dry hopped avec petite pointe de menthe sur le rétro et une petite pointe de caramel brûlé sur la fin. Palais est sec, touche fine lactique sour, grinçant aux dents, citrique sur effet kettle sourish, petit côté de citron vert, herbacé marqué surtout du Cascade.

03-03-18 // tap at the brewery. Hazy blond beer. Small head. Funky tropical fruity nose. Taste is fruity sour. Dry bitter. Nice sour ipa.

01/03/2018 - draught small glass @Brewery. Hazy orange, small white head leaving just a small lacing. Nose is fruits, soft sour, lemon, floral touch. Taste is pretty outspoken sour, lemon, bit orange, bit bread. Feels a bit strange in the beginning but nice however.

Tasting glass draft @ MEUG 2018. Orange hazy, creamy white head. Nose is basic sour, BBP yeast, cereal, basic lemon sour profile. Bit empty in taste, basic lemon, kettle sour, acidic, bit too yoghurt heavy in body & taste, basic lemon bodied. Okay basic kettle sour, very simple but enjoyable.

F: thin, white, quick diminishing. C: gold, hazy. A: tangerine, orange, fresh lemon, lemongrass, bit tropical fruits. T: light fruity sourness, lemon, bit tangerine, dry on the palate, bit tropical fruits, orange, only light sour with gentle lemon aftertaste, it must be really refreshing in the summer, medium body with low to medium carbonation, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from the brewery.
