Bottle. Clear yellow pour with almost no head. Mild brandy bouquet. Well, almost a hint carbonation. What you get past the training bra flatness, she’s a real stunner. Carmel and orange undercurrents freestyle seamlessly with the barrel, mellow funk, and barnyard notes. Really good mouthfeel with a perfect body.

Pours clear blonde. Small white head. Scent is woody, refined, clear cantillon funk, old oak. Taste is full, sharp, intense oak, citric, mildly acetic. Relatively dry' very refined. Lovely edition, best one so far.

750 ml. bottle shared @ brewery. Brandy is massive in nose with alcohol warmth, sweetness & walnut. Taste is all weird lambiek-wise heavy sweet yoghurt, the barrel is great with walnut, almond, strong brandy, spice but too much with the sweet yoghurt lambiek profile. Not a fan maybe age will clear it up.

Sampled last week and only now found half-a-drunk-rating on my phone. Orange to dark orange color, light sour and sour fruit aroma. Not that different from a regular geuze -at least thats what (semi) drunk me thought- and I didn't get much brandy.
