750ml (thx, Robert S.!). Pre-MBCC 2025 tasting with Chris, Farees, and Shane.
Funk, a bit sweet, some nice oak. Low carbonation, just a little bit acidic, bold. Quite unique flavour profile.
Very nice!

Bottle. Clear yellow pour with almost no head. Mild brandy bouquet. Well, almost a hint carbonation. What you get past the training bra flatness, she’s a real stunner. Carmel and orange undercurrents freestyle seamlessly with the barrel, mellow funk, and barnyard notes. Really good mouthfeel with a perfect body.

Bottle at Black Christmas March 2022, 3 liters bottle; 4 years old
Cloudy blond colour, with low carbonation. The expected Lambic characteristics are quite muted, mild; the carbonation is low, the acidity is moderate; but it has a good, wet, juicy finish.

750 ml bottle, vintage 2018. Golden-amber, clear body, with almost no head.
Beautiful aroma of the typical Cantillon funk, wood, brandy, grapes, apples, citrus. Tastes similar, a bit less complex.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a low carbonation. Finishes perfect, smooth, balanced, medium dry, a wooden, a bit funky, with brandy, grapes.
Delicious. So smooth and balanced, with a beautiful mix of funk, brandy, fruits and barrel notes. So fresh and elegant, I could drink this all day. Score: 9 / 4 / 8 / 5 / 17
From tap at Ammutsøn during Zwanze Day 2021: Pretty different from tap, quite a lot of boozy Brandy notes, drinks quite heavy, while still really interesting. Would be a 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17. Definitely prefer this from bottle.

0,2l from tap at Ammutson during Zwanze day 2021. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells of oak, glueish, earthy. Decent smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of brandy, oak, glueish, peppery, some sweetness, horse radish. Finishes heavy, sweet and sour with notes of brandy, glue and notes of horse radish. Hmm, super heavy on the brandy, not very complex, not that great overall, liked it better from bottle

750ml bottle. Vertical with 2017 and 2020 vintages. Funky, sour and mineraly with some tartness, apricot, apples and oaky notes, some woody notes and earthiness. Pretty good.
