Malted barley, oats. The equivalent to Table Beer in our range of stouts and porters. Not brewed to 'dry stout'-style, per se, but a stout that is dry. Light-bodied but not thin, with more prominent kettle-hopping and then dry-hopping to add some brightness and contrast to the roasty, biscuity, and savoury character of the dark malts.

Bottle from BeerRitz. It pours opaque jet black with a thick, dense tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee beans, toasted pine, sweet tropical vibes and a splash of mango juice. The taste is firmly dry, rich roasted malt, hit of bitterness, coffee, toasted pine, high % dark chocolate, charred, touch of peppery spice and a twist of orange peel with a drying and roasty finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation and velvety mouth - feel. Well out together. Loving that mouth feel.

Third, shared with Finn at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, KegStar Bar. Clingy lacing, naked at the top, black body appearance. Inviting smell of malt and fruits, nicely roasted. Fine blended taste of pine and grainy chocolate. Roasted malty end, hints of pine needles. Easy to drink. Like it. (Third day of the festival, 24.01.2020).

Opaque dark brown beer, good pale tan head. Airy palate, mildly dry, modest to low fine carbonation. Airy soft malts, a touch of creamy sweetness. Some bitterish earthyness ensure. Modest citric hop into a smooth and semi dry finish leaves a bitterish linger. Trace of tangy dark chocolate. Tasty but somehow not that satisfying.
