[Copenhagen 2017] 200 ml. draft @ BRUS. Clear orange, creamy white. Nose is weird yoghurt, soap, aromatic oil. Taste is soap, yoghurt, low metallic, bit neutral, bread. Body is too soapy. Strange, not really what & I expected or hoped, didn’t come together for me.

Fra fat på Brus, delt med Steven okt-17: klar, dyp gyllen farge med fint skum som varer. Superfrisk og lekende lett aroma og smak med rikelige mengder søte appelsiner og delikate toner av bergamot-appelsinen. God kombinasjon! En elegant og forfriskende aperitiff.
