Bottled. Golden colour with a mediumsized foamy head. Aroma is floral, some grapes, citrus, mild yeast and some wheaty and mild tea leaf elements. Flavour is citrus, some herbs, tea leaves and mild tones of yeast. A wee bit of alcohol too as it warms up. But still nicely drinkable.

Pours a hazed yellowgold. No head at all ( dissapears before the pour is finished) . Scent is malty, fresh yellow fruits (pineapple) , biscuit ( lukken ) . taste is fresh, bitter, very sharp, yellow fruits. Medium carbo, sharp. Fairly dry but I wouldn't call it bone dry. Decent.

Corked bottle. Blonde. Floral aroma with tea leaves, grapes and citrus in the aroma. Very fruity flavor, wheaty, banana, citrus, grapes and a hint of tea leaves. Decent, pretty well balanced beer. But I expected more than that.

Oud&Nieuw bier. Goudgeel. Ruikt wat boterig, groen, druiven, NZ hop. Smaak volgt, redelijk ‘groene’ smaken, mild bitter. Medium body. Niet de kneiter die je mag verwachten met O&N.

Light haze on this gold beer, good bubbly white head. Palate is light and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Very light malts, mildly sweet. A suitably minerally crisp mid. Modest grape, as much mellow citric hop really. Crispy pine is the overriding vibe here. Smooth finish brings more minerally pine. A clean and drinkable Brut IPA, especially for its dipa abv strength, but it doesn’t bring anything new to this style and isn’t as good as some of Uiltje’s previous efforts in this space.

Alight yellow beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has fruitness that's almost overriped, sweetness. Taste is fresher than aroma, fruitness, medium bitterness. Medium bodied. The habitus is better than the beer itself.
