Poured from a 750 bottle. Aroma is malt forward with some.cracker, light caramel, biscuit and grain notes. Light peppery phenolics with hints of floral and fruit esters. Light herbal, woody hop notes. Pours a fairly clear,.golden color with a very large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes to a small film that persists. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with cracker, caramel, biscuit and honey malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness and light alcohol spice. Medium light banana, pear and stone fruit esters with light herbal, peppery phenolics. Moderate herbal and woody hop notes that linger in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with high carbonation. Low, but present astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright beer but the herbal, woody, peppery notes are a bit strong and overpower the rest of the beer until your palate adjusts. This actually reminds me of fresh, older Fantome's and I'm curious about this one's aging potential.

75cl Fles, dank Harmen. Troebel goudgeel, witte kraag. Aroma is heerlijk hoppig, bloemig, grassig, richting XX Bitter. Smaak is kurkdroog, fors bitter, bloemig, moutig, iets gistig neigend naar plastic, citrus, bittere finish. Medium body. Zeer strak bier, heerlijk.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Gyllengul disig vätska med högt vitt bestående skum. Kryddig doft som är både aromatiska (doften) och beska (smaken) kryddor. Torr och krispig med potens och lite kryddig värmande alkohol. Gott

Bottle. Color: Clear orange amber, large frothy off-white head. Aroma: Malty, spicy , yeasty and light citrus hints. Taste: spicy, peppery, floral, orange, orange peel, yeasty, old hop. Moderate sweet, above moderate bitterness, medium to over medium bitterness at finish. Very bitter palate.

Pours blonde, small white head. Smell is skunked, mild saison phenols. Taste is sharp, bitter, Belgian Co2 profile. Skunked, bitter, grassy, danky hoparoma.

Clear orange beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: funky, bit chemical, sourish, spicy, bit metallic, oregano, rusty nails. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, orange and grapefruit peel, bit hoppy, herbal, metallic touch, herbal, bay leafs. Aftertaste: very bitter, bit resinous, oranges, little oxidized, fruity, metallic, very herbal, grapefruit peel, oregano and rosemary, more spices.
