Pours unclear blonde. Scent is full, fruity, tad mineral almost. Woody, tart. Taste is full, Fruit forward, peach is clear. High tartness, medium high acetic. Dry, woody, medium funk. Not bad at all.

Left. Clear with a slight haze. Golden more or less. Nose is very distinctive white peaches. Fruit very well embedded. Not overly fruity.

Draft @ Tilquin 10ième Anniversaire - Fruit Extravaganza wknd.
Couleur dorée-orange, col fin blanc.
Arôme est assez funk, fruité perce en rétro-nasal, le tout gardant une approche classique du lambic des autres versions de la série. Côté pêche perce bien et apporte ce bouquet naturel-purée fruits.
Palais est fin acidulé, citrique, léger grains, fruité ressort plus sur la fin avec une acidité marquée mais aussi un soupçon de douceur du fruité. Fini râpeux en fin de bouche, plutôt grinçant aux dents avec une sensation de velouté de la peau du fruit.

Cloudy dark yellow to orange beer, creamy dense white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lovely, super fruity, quite some peaches, a bit smoky, some ham, fleshy peaches, green apples. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: lovely, super fruity, lots of white peaches, spicy, dry, soft bitterness, some tannins, dry, hint of marzipan. Aftertaste: dry finish, fruity, bit juicy, lovely, nice acidity, bitter touch, more tannins, pretty acidic finish.
