On tap at L'Ermitage, Saint-Gilles Brussels, Thursday 5th June 2025, after journey from Nürnberg this morning via ICE. Pours straw colour with hardly any head, grrrrr... this area is fucking infuriating for mobile reception and many places don't have WiFi, so this is another beer that I lost my rating and had to start again. Can't be arsed now so angry, but it's pretty good.

(Draught at L'Ermitage Taproom, Brussels, 18 Oct 2024) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with foamy white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with grapefruit, peaches and pineapple. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, peaches, white bread and a balanced citric/tropical bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Rich and hoppy DIPA, with a good malt profile to back up the hops. Very nice.

Can from LCB, 1 month past BBE, this one at 8%. Semi hazed orange-gold with nice consistent white foam. It's quite citric and tropical with orange, mango, passionfruit coming through with some light dank notes. Taste has those fruity notes, some funk, pine, something in-between mint and aniseed. Fairly sweet but has a nice bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied, smooth with a light chewy edge.

On tap. Pours a hazy whitish amber with moderate head. Aromas of mangos, pithy orange and doughy malts. Flavors of same though orange is a bit cleaner and there is a bit of spice. This is a Hazy…
