Tap at the brewpub. Clearish golden body, big, pillowy off-white head. Yeasty, oily, bit herbal aroma, got the Central European village brewpub vibes, but in the taste shows its Czech (as in country, not region) heritage as well. Bit oily, yeasty, clean maltiness though, with a nice, big bitter kick, quite pilsnerish in that regard, more so than the usual Moravian (am I gonna get tarred and feathered now?) which is on the avoid bitterness like the plague side frequently. Decent, bit flawed, might be due to me coming in just after opening, but a good one!

Tap ár brewer pub. Golden color with thick white head.Aroma of malt, light hops. Taste is again malty followed by moderate hoppy bitterness. Could be more carbonated.

11/VII/15 - on tap @ Moritz brewpub (Olomouc) - BB: n/a (2015-906)

Clear deep blond beer, creamy white head, solid, pretty stable. Aroma: lots of grains, malty, hay, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty start, somewhat sweet, bit of caramel, pretty bitter. Aftertaste: grains, some banana peel, hay, metallic, very bitter touch, bit sweet in the finish.
