Cette bière «Pale Ale» a été brassée avec des ingrédients spécifiques à ce style. L’utilisation de malt Pale Ale lui confère cette couleur cuivrée. Au nez, l’équilibre des malts et houblons de variétés anglaises révèle des arômes de biscuit et de miel. En bouche, la rondeur d’une bière pur malt laisse ensuite place à une amertume douce.

F: medium, off-white, average retention. C: amber, hazy. A: toasted tones, mellow fruity, caramel, sweet bread. T: malty, toast, biscuits, caramel, peach, floral, quite sweet but ok, medium body and carbonation. Sample shared with tderoeck, 77ships and Bierridder_S @ Bruges Beer Festival 2018.

Thanks to tderoeck, Bierridder_S & Rubin77. Sampled @ Brugs Bier Festival 2018. Orange, little white. Nose is dull metallic rubbish BE odd spoiled malt, rubbish orange peel,… Taste is spoiled grain, metallic, spoiled BE yeast, rotting fruit, bad malt,… Spoiled malt, metallic,… Disappointing for sure.

Sampled at Zythos 2017. Thnx for sharing, Ruben and Tim ! Pours clear amber, small white head. Smell is bit malty. Taste is mild sweet. Soft maltyness. OK at best.

Clear orange to copper beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: cow stable, hay, cow fodder, pretty nasty smell, something rotten, like African sorghum beer or something. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: grains, malts, some chocolate, little sweet, pretty bad. Aftertaste: bit sourish, grains, dirty, bah.
