Bottle. Pours ruby with thin white head. Nose is beautiful fruity and yeasty, a bit sweet and a tad tart. In taste the bready grains are the first ones to appear, quickly followed by an elegant wine-like character. Closes with this tart finish (grapes come through) has light body and lively carbonation. I wasn’t expecting this to be this good tbh, quelle surprise.

On tap at Fakin Zagreb. Unclear golden coloured, no head at all, some grapes and maybe pear in the nose. Slightly sour grapes, pear and weak apple with touch of brett in the finish. Nothing special here.

On tap at Fakin Craft Bar, Zagreb. Hazy pinkish golden, minimal head, oily texture. Aroma is wine cellar, wine barrel, white wine, some acidity, slightly funky, ripe pome fruit such as apple, baked apple. Some berries, a metallic note. Vinous. Moderate acidity, moderate to high carbonation, quite funky. Apple, cider. Funky, tart finish.

On tap. Golden body with a thin white head. Wood and grape must dominates but none of them suppress the notes of apples, pears, toast,red wine and vinegar. Nice one.

Bottle at semi blind tasting, Zil Verne. Golden color with white head. Aroma of apples, grapes. Taste, grape, light apples, light funk, horseblanket, wood.Good.

Bottle at a tasting, Zil verne. 2018 edition. Moderate body, rather high carbonation. Bretty bubblegum, horse blanket seem to be center of this beer. Overall quite gentle all around. I do not particularly get the wine, nor the wood. Easy drinking, soft. Good but not great.

Tap at the Pražský festival piva. Thanks midovark! Misty golden body, white head. Interesting aroma, grapes, honey. Taste... tart, white grapes and apples, actually, very much leaving a cider-like flavor profile and mouthfeel, but in a very good way. Very interesting experiment that came out pretty good!

Clear pale yellow to peach coloured blond beer, no head. Aroma: stale, aged, oxidized, bit metallic, malty, grains, little spicy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit malty, metallic touch, lots of grains, hay, bit oxidized. Aftertaste: sourish touch, fruity, nice acidity, bit sweet, metallic touch.
