Draft. A black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of maple sirup, caramel, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, maple syrup, and caramel, leading to a dry finish.

On tap at The Lyric Piccadilly. Black beer lasting beige head. Maple syrup chocolate coffee. Some sweetness. Maple syrup is distinctive. Some dryness on finish. Sweet and dry nutty. I liked it.

5/I/19 - on tap , shared with the misses @ Fourpure Taproom (Bermondsey, London), BB: n/a - (2019-44)
Clear dark brown to purple beer, small creamy beige head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, vanilla, lots of vanilla, maple, dark caramel sauce and vanilla pudding, nice stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, lots and lots of dark burned caramel, I guess from the caramelised maple, but it tastes just like caramel, not like maple… Also quite roasted, dark chocolate. Aftertaste: ah, here's the maple coming in, bit dusty, caramel, pretty sweet, roasted, dark chocolate, dry finish, bit hoppy in the end.
