Draft. A black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of maple sirup, caramel, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, maple syrup, and caramel, leading to a dry finish.

Clear dark brown to purple beer, small creamy beige head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, vanilla, lots of vanilla, maple, dark caramel sauce and vanilla pudding, nice stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, lots and lots of dark burned caramel, I guess from the caramelised maple, but it tastes just like caramel, not like maple… Also quite roasted, dark chocolate. Aftertaste: ah, here's the maple coming in, bit dusty, caramel, pretty sweet, roasted, dark chocolate, dry finish, bit hoppy in the end.
