Poured from a 16 oz can dated April 2, 2020. Aroma is hop forward and fruity with passion fruit, mango, melon, lychee and tropical citrus. Lighter dank, resin notes. Light cracker malt and hints of alcohol spice. Pours a hazy, dull, dusty, straw-orange with a medium large, thick, frothy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light cracker malt notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol spice. Fairly strong hop notes of passion fruit, melon, mango and tropical citrus. Medium light dank, resin notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty nice IPA with solid hop notes and a light, balanced.malt.profile that carries the hops and alcohol well. Bitterness is present but not assertive.

Draft at the brewery tasting room in San Francisco, California. The pour is clear yellow golden with a small white head. The aroma is pineapple fruit, lemon citrus, hint of resin dank. The taste explodes with flavors, all of the hop notes pineapple, lemon, pine resin along with a clean fresh backbone of cereal grain malt. The palate is light to medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and a clean dry finish. Expertly made beer, tasty.

Aw yiss. Pours clear and bright golden yellow. Quite clear. Medium white head. Good lacing. The aroma is absolutely bursting with sweet citrus hop flavor. Huge sweet lemon, big pineapple, passionfruit, kiwi, honeysuckle, grape, tangerine, raspberry, peach. Everything is fresh and sweet and lovely. Mouthwatering. The taste is nothing but more of the same hop flavor. Relatively dry but still quite sweet with all of that tropical fruit explosion. Cellarmaker is knocking their hoppy stuff out of the park, and a lot of that has to do with just how much flavor they manage to pack into the taste. The beer is only mildly bitter, but it’s just brimming with pineapple, passionfruit, mango, kiwi, peach, grape, tangerine and all sorts of great stuff. I actually haven’t loved some previous Galaxy and Mosaic beers, but the combination works extremely well here. Mouthfeel is light with normal carbonation. This is an absolutely wonderful IPA. Cellarmaker is quietly making some of the best hoppy beers in the country.
