This is Carver. A Micro IPA. We took everything we love about IPAs and brought down the ABV. It’s hoppy, it’s got body, it’s got balance, tropical aromas and a smooth, juicy taste.
Goes well with bright mornings and open roads.

440ml can. Hazy golden, big frothy white head. Aroma of grape, melon, gooseberry. Taste is fruity, grape, melon, gooseberry, and a nice citrusy bite, slightly dank. Medium body. This has bags of flavour for a micro IPA, and is probably the best I've had at this strength.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours lightly hazy gold with a foamy, pure white head. This is one of the best sub-3% beers I can recall. Has a lot of lovely citrusy hop character with supportive pale malts. Some tangerine, grapefruit, light pine, melon. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Balanced finish. Most low ABV hoppy beers often come across as too bitter or just a bit low on character, but this is neither. It really is delicious, and has more pleasant hop character than beers twice its strength.

12/VIII/19 - 44cl can from the brewery, shared @ 't Zwaantje, BB: 31/XII/19, canned: 4/VII/19 - (2019-1208)
Little cloudy pale yellow beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: super fruity, lots of dank hops, resinous, onions, tropical fruits, citrus notes, more dank stuff. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: nice and fruity start, bit resinous, dank hops, very nice bitterness, citrus notes. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, very fruity, some grapefruit, tropical fruits, nice stuff!
