Peach and Raspberry marry in a nod to the classic dessert created by Escoffier at London’s Savoy. Expect a rich stone fruit character that mingles with tart raspberries, rounded off by Simcoe and Summit hops.

Can from the brewery in Bermondsey and drunk at home. Well now then. Orange pink colour cloudy. Lasting white head. Aroma of hops and peach which is ok. A weird mix of a big hoppy leafy hop flower IPA and some rather nice fruit juice. The peach and raspberry are perfectly acceptable. Then a lit of nettle leafy fresh hop flower. Not sure its harmonious. Good bitter hoppy IPA or a slightly sweet fruit beer. Doesn't quite work. Shame as the fruit is rather good. Tastes like hemp with fruit. Odd.

Very cloudy peach orange coloured beer, small aery irregular off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, bit malty, lactose maybe? Bit dank, funky, fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: citrus up front, pretty bitter, sourish touch, fruity purée, bit resinous. Aftertaste: very bitter, bit resinous, dank hops, fruity, dry some tannins, grapefruit, citrus, sourish, lovely stuff, even if I'm not getting any raspberry or peach.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at the brewery. Pours murky, dull pink with a fading, foamy white head. Has a very vague fruit character, some bitter citrus peel, chalky hops, pine needles, some astringency, grass, seeds. Medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Strongly bitter finish, more grass, orange peel, flinty minerality, chalky dryness. Aggressively bitter aftertaste. Can't say I find much to like here.

Keg at the brewery tap bermondsey. A hazed peach dull orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is odd burnt skeletrics pads, waxy fruit, peach, wheaty grains. Flavour is composed of milky wheat, waxed citrus fruit, lemon, peach melba, doughy wheat, Lingering numbing lemon oil. Palate is semi sweet, medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Bit weird.
