Exactly a blend of the two Time and Tide collab beers it comprises of. White chocolate meets robust coffee straight up in the aroma. Underlying Black IPA bitterness marries the coffee undertones of both brews. You get accents of licorice and caramac. Smooth and stout-ish, crisp and sweet, the infamous "black and tan" put it in reverse is the new way of blending. Who knew the 2 collab brews, both heavily dosed with delicious rich roast coffee would bring out this fruity number?! Blasts of blackberry, red grape, currants and plum jump out in the aroma. Vine fruit flavours carry into the taste and muddle with soft, sweet licorice giving a delicious cordial of juicy Ribena. Dustings of cocoa richen the beer's profile and the coffee creeps out of this delicious blend.

Bottled. Deep rubyish black colour with mediumsized beige head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is toasted, some mild tobacco notes with liquorice and mild nutty notes. Flavour is tobaxxo, some roasted notes with mild tart wood as well as some liquorice and mild toffee. A bit chocolaty in the finish too.

Bottled 660ml (Beergium)
Dark ruby colour, good beige head and lace. Tobacco, toasted, grassy aroma. Medium-bodied. This is a bit weird brew. Not a normal imperial stout. Flavour has tobacco, pine, toasted malts with funky twist. Maybe same funkyness also in the nose. FInish has cocoa beans. Easier to drink than its ABV. Interesting but smaller bottle would be enough.

Thanks to Bierridder_S & Stijn B.! Sampled draft @ BBP Anniversary Festival 2017. Dark brown amber, looks a bit weird, neither very amber or very brown, lightly tanned head. Nose is huge coffee grounds, cacao, huge coffee grains with some caramel candy base sweetness way in the back. Taste is caramel strange sticky caramel bit sweet with big coffee grounds, seems to have oddly no base for these & little bottle, strange but I liked the coffee & caramel. What is this one a white stout or a blend of sorts?

The great pre GBBF bottleshare at ChrisO’s. Clear deep red - amber beer, good pale tan head. Palate is smooth and has reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, some light cream and a little roast. Trace of dark chocolate. Something like bourbon soaked fruits, well buried. Dry finish shows a whisper of smoke. Nice but was expecting more.
