La caratteristica peculiare di questa birra è la delicata nota affumicata che si inserisce tra l’esile corpo e la freschezza del luppolo. “Drago verde” è il nome con cui i milanesi sono soliti chiamare le storiche fontanelle di Milano.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso viene attratto da resta attratto dal luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il piano sottostante offre una visione offuscata. Bollicine fini costituiscono anche la forma del perlage, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi e pompelmo.

Canned, 330 ml at Taverna Ai Mastri d'Arme. Cloudy golden with small white head. Bit hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, touch of bitterness. OK.

Solsletta 311220. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop. Flavor is fruit, malt, hop, pine, grapefruit. OK beer.

Can. An almost clear one, golden in color, with a small white head. Mostly piney aroma with grapefruit and lemon zest. It's medium bodied and nicely carbonated, with flavors of grapefruit, resin and pine cones. Long lightly funky finish. Easy drinkable and tasteful. Nothing special going on though. 201231

0,33 flaske fra min støttekontakt i Straensenteret, hjemme: lett uklar gylden med højt fluffy skum som varer. Ettersom den er noe overkarbonert får jeg ikke helt tak på denne, men helhetsinntrykket er en frisk lager med amerikanske humler. Fin halvtørr bitterhet og de fruktige smakene som henger igjen gir meg assosiasjoner til aprikos, mango, overmoden citrus og et hint av broccoli.

Draft glass @ CML Saint-Gilles. Clear golden, big creamy white head. Nose is bit weak, bitter weeds, grains, vegetable. Taste is nice heavy weeds, bitter green oily weeds, green plants, heavy intense in that aspect almost bit much big bitter green weeds, some vegetable, oily lingering finish with heavy plastic. Body is oily plastic plants, weeds. Bit much but interesting far heavier than expected, felt definitely more than 4 % ABV.

Cask handpull at GBBF 2017. Thanks to Lars. Hazy amber colour lasting white head. Lookedin good nick. Lemon hops. Some toast. Quite good i thought.
