A blonde pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with resinous Saaz hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and classic. On tap at brewery.

Very crisp, perfectly clear golden coloured body with a nice peach glow and a fast-dying tan head, about three centimetres tall at first, but fading to just a sliver on top. Aroma of light malts, biscuits, lemons, pale grain, a touch of caster sugar and ending with a hint of metallic astringency. Light-bodied; Very crisp grassy, herbal and floral malts with a dry characteristic and some smooth sugars from fruit coming towards the end, with a touch of metal astringency and twang that finishes this off. Aftertaste is crisp and quite bitter, with the floral and very grassy malt notes dominating, but some sugars do come through towards the end, along with a slight lemon and citrus finish. Overall, a fairly nice light, crisp and balanced true pilsner that hits all the right marks, while showing both character and complexity. Nice to try and welcome for the style and locality! Thanks Colleen for sharing this one with me! I sampled this twelve ounce can, given to me by my coworker, pulled of a cruise ship (local) in Annapolis, Maryland, sampled at my house here in Washington on 27-October-2020.

Can, from the source. Pours clear golden with large foamy off-white head, faint malt aroma, high carbonation, mildly hopped dry malty taste, dry finish. Not too bad, but needs a bit more work to be a good pilsner.

Can. Gold body with a small white head. Aroma grassy, corn. The flavor is lightly acidic but not quite bitter. Some dryness in the finish, but nothing really impressive here. Lacks crisp hops and bright clean light malt to be able to run with the big dogs.
