Fles gedeeld met familie. Donker geel, helder bier. Geur en smaak is moutig en houtig. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

Fles gedeelt door Inoven, geprobeerd met familie tijdens sinterklaasavond. Het is een rood oranje achtig bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een fruitige geur. De smaak is fruitig wat wrang en champagne achtig.

Clear orange beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, bit sweetish, banana, some caramel, meh. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, bit fruity, alcohol. Aftertaste: fruity, alcohol and more alcohol, yeasty, banana, soft bitterness. This seems like the worst of the three versions so far... Don't like it at all...

Mais que fait notre Chouffe à se perdre dans des bières insipides? Le marketing est en action en tout cas avec une bière uniquement vendue en bouteille de 75 cl pour se parer des affres du champagne rosé ! En verre nous n’en sommes d’ailleurs pas très loin avec un rosé pâle aux teintes orangées, paré de très fines bulles et surmonté d’une fine mousse blanche. Ensuite, l’assemblage est loin d’être une réussite. Le nez ne met d’ailleurs pas en confiance avec un mix entre grenadine et panaché. Cela manque de caractère et de complexité. En bouche le constat est le même, sur une base douçâtre se développent les arômes fruités de grenadine (fraises, framboise, mûre) et de raisin, sans complexité. Une petite acidité vient percer l’ensemble et notamment sur le final, moyennement long. Si on rajoute une faible ampleur en bouche et un alcool à 8 % peu efficace, nous avons tous les ingrédients pour une bière peu intéressante, davantage axée sur les amateurs de softs ou des rosés alliés à du sirop. La chouffe déçoit nettement.

Bottle @ home. Slightly hazy light amber colour with a small white head. Smells malts, sweet, grapes, slightly fruity. Tastes malts, slightly sweet and sour, slightly oak, some red fruits. Medium body, soft to medium carbo.

Bottle 750ml. [ As Château d'Ychouffe Rosé ].Clear medium red orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grapes, wine, sweet berry, grape peel - skin. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet fruit, wine, fruity, sugary, pale malt, belgium yeast, artificial berry - fruit, light to moderate berry - fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180414] 6-3-7-3-13

Vintage 2016. Piana spora szybko opada, klarowna jasno pomaranczowa barwa. Pachnie malinami.Smakowo jak wino rozowe, nawet pol wytrawne, Owocowe i musujace, w tle lekka malo slodzona konfitura rozana. Liczylem na nieco wiecej wrazen i dominacji Burgundzkich klimatow.

Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Clear dark golden, white head. Aroma has grapes, strawberries. Not much fruit for the style so far. Flavour has some red wine, strawberries. Sweetish with light yeasty notes.

Bottle, medium bubbly head, clear light red color with orange taints, rose like, aroma and flavor of fruit, mainly strawberries and sour cherries,and vinous notes, with hints of peach and apricot in the aroma and just a spicy hint in flavor, light mellow sourness, lightish but noticable bitterness. Nice and highly refreshing, just like a rose.
