500ml bottle from Sobey’s at parents’ in Ottawa. Dark copper pour with thin white head. Aroma is dank fruit and pine. Taste quite bitter but not as fruity as the aroma, more just piney bitterness with a crispy malt. Lingering tingle and bitterness. Slightly heavier than medium body. Not bad.

Bottle from the brewery, now written 7.0% ABV on label. Pours a clean light amber colour with a golden hue. Nice head that stays a while and creates some great lacing. Citrus aromas with mild pine and tea notes. Some light grass in the taste holding the whole way with some nice malt and citrus. Good bitterness, but not a hop bomb, which makes this a beautiful classic IPA (which you don’t see much nowadays).

On draft at the Ottawa beerfest. An opaque copper amber pour. It has a great herbal, piney, fruity aroma. Med-full bodied very smooth mouthfeel. The tasters balanced caramel malts and bitter pine fruity citrus good stuff a nice clean IPA.
