Double India Pale Ale brewed and double dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops.

2019 GABF Gold Medal Winner! Despite the ridiculous hop rates, this Double IPA manages to find balance, thanks to the soft, creamy mouthfeel and smooth finish contributed by the complex blend of malt, oats, and wheat. With notes of tangerine, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, peach, and grapefruit, WWJB is bursting with so much fruit juice character that it makes you question whether or not actual fruit was added, but there is just enough bitterness to remind you that it’s still a IPA.

473ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of juicy tropical guava, mango, passionfruit, tangerine. Taste is the same, very juicy and very tropical, guava and mango, passionfruit, zesty orange and lime citrus, low bitterness. Full bodied, smooth. Lives up to its name, though thankfully without any "bits" in it!

~12 oz tulip draft at Maloneys in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is a cloudy, hazy, orange golden with a small white head that leaves great lace. The aroma is big juicy apricot, a bit of citrus peel, maybe some mango, and general malt sweetness. The taste is sweet malt, the apricot fruit, nice citrus peel bitterness, and warming alcohol that carries the finish. A bit of fruit stripe gum as it warms. The palate is medium to heavier bodied with soft natural carbonation and the dry softly warming finish. Nicely put together.

Pint can - hazy gold with a thick, well-sustained head - creamy texture, medium-full body - a little on the sweet side, but the tropical juiciness lives up to the name - mango, citrus, pineapple - a little herbal character on the back end, but also a little cattiness, which detracts from the enjoyment a bit - still pretty good.

Can. Near clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Not very hazy then. Yawn! Light palate, very mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light and fairly sweet pale malts, a light and pleasing creamy sweetness. Hops bring light crisp cooling pine into juicy bright hop fruits. Very slightly ripe orange - mandarin - tangerine. Light mango led tropical fruits on the back end. Could do with a little hop edge but this is a pleasing and juicy dipa.

Can on the Central Scotland & Fife Push-Pull tour with 712 and friends, thanks to the Wingmane, 05/10/24. Hazed orange with an off white head that veers to the edge. Nose is mixed tropical fruit esters, grapefruit, pineapple, ripe melon, papaya. Taste comprises juicy tropical fruits, guava, papaya, mandarin, grapefruit, lychee. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Tidy enough DIPA.
