Double India Pale Ale brewed and double dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops.
2019 GABF Gold Medal Winner! Despite the ridiculous hop rates, this Double IPA manages to find balance, thanks to the soft, creamy mouthfeel and smooth finish contributed by the complex blend of malt, oats, and wheat. With notes of tangerine, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, peach, and grapefruit, WWJB is bursting with so much fruit juice character that it makes you question whether or not actual fruit was added, but there is just enough bitterness to remind you that it’s still a IPA.

Thin white head on a turbid dull golden coloured body. Dank, orange & bitter aroma. Medium bodied, short sharp & dry. Mango quickly succumbs to pithy, dank, grapefruit & sour under ripe stone fruit tastes with an extremely bitterly hopped finish. Top Class.

Keg @ Haze Wave Festival 2024. Poured hazy orange in color, white head. Citrusy nose, juicy, tropical sweet fruitiness. Crisp and well drunk.

16 oz can from Half Time, 7/16/24. Canned 6/13/24. Well, well, well, if this isn't my first 150 tick month since 2018. Making a huge dent in my backlog + some time off for brewery visits certainly didn't hurt. Heck, I might even get this month into the 200 range, which I haven't done since 2009, but who knows? As for the beer, it is hazy orange in color with a very foamy beige head. Big mango and orange juiciness up front with a more pineapple and pithy grapefruit later on. It's a nice mix of sweet and bitter, though it certainly leans sweet. This one gets a big ole yes, sir from me. Great stuff.

Can 18/05/2024 Malmö May 2024 tasting at Palace Hall - big dense juicy fruity, yes very juicy, lots of citrus and tropical fruity action, sitting upon a sweet creamy malty backbone, solid hoppy finish. Lovely stuff.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a moderate white head. Aroma of mango and grapefruit. Med body or better. Flavor is mango and grapefruit - to include a light zest note. Juicy but hardly sweet. Definitely bitter enough to fight on the mixed grain support. It's beginning to seem a little dank. Really good flavor.

On tap at Stigbergets Fot. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Citrus, pineapple, some mango and light hay. Mild bitterness.

Can from Tavour to glass. Pours a hazy gold-yellow with full white head. Aroma is overt orange. Flavor is orange and the wheat, with the orange tasting a bit like rind. Grassy as well on the flavor.

US Pint blik van Beer Republic. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Ananas, limoen, citrus, druiven, kruisbessen, hint van dennennaalden, lichtbittere finish. Redelijk scherp, lekker, geen doordrinker. Medium body.
