Grassy, very bitter, pithy, lovely bready notes. Fantastic cereals, hints of fruit and a bright crisp mouth feels and finish.

Poured from the tap @ Darby's. Clear-ish blonde gold with white head. Sweet floral hops over clean pils malt. Although not a fan of this particular hop expression, it's integrated decently.

Draught Almost fluffy, dense & lacey snowwhite head over deeper golden clear beer. Pale malts, grains, some noble hops, if not very prominent. Nice bitter Czech hosp, again a faint background of lightly toasted malts. Clear bitter taste returning at every sip. Finish has some slight cornflakes. Quite nice, quite slick, medium carbonation. Another impressive bottom fermenting beer. Adepts are rising.

Canned Sep 8, 2022, drunk 4/7/23. Lightly hazy, deep brass-bronze. Big, off-white head, strong retention. Excellent, snappy, herbaceous hops with clean, well-attenuated hay and biscuit from the malts. Clean, crisp yeast. Tons of mineral. Sweet, rich, bready malts with dollops of honey and caramel. Light but apparent malts with low-to-moderate bitterness. Clean as hell, with good minerality and very rich maltiness. Bit of stone fruit, earth and more complex malts. Maybe a touch more dryness and less caramel character would help.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy amber-gold with a medium, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of bready pale malt, honey, orange peel, grass, floral and herbal hops. Sweet flavour of grainy caramel malt, honey, orange peel, floral and spicy hops in a crisp, dry, bitter grass finish. Light to medium body with a watery to oily texture and average carbonation. Malt forward, tasty and crushable.
