Golden colour with light unfiltered, transparent particles floating around. The white head stays a little while, leaving streaks of lacing and a nice soapy ring around the brew. Citrus, lemony aromas with some mild yeast, spices and herbs. The mouthfeel has that drying, sparkling wine feel. Citrus zest flavours with some nice, fresh yeasty notes and some light spices. Not a big fan of Brut IPAs, but this one is quite well-brewed.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours a very lightly hazy pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of tangerine, pineapple, some mixed tropical fruit, herbs, white pepper, a little grain. Flavour is crisp and dry as one would expect, citrus-forward hop profile, some papaya and pineapple, fresh leaves, herbs, crisp wheat-type malt notes, a little sweet in the middle of the sip from the malt before finishing close to bone dry with a bit of bitter leafy citrusy hop notes and some minerals. Light to medium bodied, crisp in the mouth, avearage carbonation, An effective brut IPA that would be nice with food given its aromatics and relative crispness, but I'd take the normal Nord-Est myself.

Can: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry hoppy notes with some citrusy undertones is quite enjoyable. Taste is a mostly dominated by dry citrusy hops undertones with very subtle residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed Brut IPA with great drinkability.
