(Draught at Dynamo Bar Le Soif, Brussels, 19 Oct 2018) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, slightly roasted nose with orange marmalade, toast, dried fruit and apricots. Malty taste with crisp-bread, caramel, apricots, orange peel and a mild citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Bevog Fest 17. Lemon balm, grapefruit, caramel, some herbs. Light sweetness, turns medium bitter and soapy. Medium body and carbonation. Meh

Tasting glass draft @ Hedonis Ambachtsfest 2017. Clear golden, creamy white. Nose is mellow grainy, cereal, caramel. Taste is mellow caramel, toffee, malt, grain,..; Body is lovely caramel & grainy. Drinks well, nice one.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks troubles. Golden, yeast, melissa, some hops, some bready malt, slightly sweetish, bitterish finish, a bit herbal.

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, amber colour with a short foamy layer. Slightly nutty malty nose with fruity and spicy notes of lemon balm. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Distinctively nutty malty taste with delicately fruity notes, hint of lemon balm; quite bitter and rough finish. Nothing to seek-out for. 27.III.17

Bottle. Dark amber, low head. Flowery perfumed, medium mellow body, some straw, light herbal, a hint flowers tetronasal.

Amber with little white head. Aroma is leek, banana, mint. Taste is rather oily herbal stuff, much bitterness and some spicy herbs. Ok drinkability. Not bad.
