A dense, well laced tan head on a dark brown body. The nose is all about the roasted coffee with a touch of cocoa. Fresh ground and well roasted coffee taste is deep and long-lasting. Touches of Chocolate and cocoa, toffee sweetness are all well in balance under the coffee lead. medium body and mouth feel are attributes for a 5.5% stout. Well done.

Le café fait sentir sa présence au nez, mais aussi le chocolat au lait. Torréfaction évidente mais avec un manque de puissance de l’olfactif. On a peine à le saisir. Petite mousse crémeuse sur un liquide noir et opaque. La torréfaction est encore active en entrée de bouche avec le café bien présent qui laisse une bonne amertume en fin de bouche. En bouche, c’est mince, doux, pas compliqué. Ça fait la job sans plus. Appréciation moyenne.

Canette 473ml. Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka laissant un anneau sur les parois du verre. Arôme de café fraîchement moulu, malt torréfié, un peu sucré, cendré. Goût de malt torréfié, café (presque café-crème), amertume moyenne-faible. Carbonatation très faible, corps moyen-dense.

Pitch black, creamy beige head with an intense coffee aroma, roasty, nutty goodness. Medium to light bodied with a dry crisp finish. The taste is luxurious coffee, roasty, sweet and smooth. Delicious.
