Pours clear blonde. Médium small. Instantly fading white head. Smell is tart, fairly complex, bit of Brett. Taste is dry, tart, funky, woody, Brett, bit lactic acid. Fairly complex. Médium body, high Carbo. Decent beer, but below average geuze.

Draft: Poured a dirty yellow color ale with a small foamy head. Aroma of tart and dour notes with light acidic notes with some funky yeasty notes is OK. Taste is also a mix of tart notes with some funky Brett barnyard notes with some lingering acidic notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable for the style but a little bit too acidic for my taste which I find hides some of the depth and complexity.

A lightly hazed golden Gueuze with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light tartness, light funk, loads of Brett and horse blanket, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of sour cherry, Epsom salts, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and complex. Bottle at Clandestin, Gatineau.
