1/2 Pint Keg @ Old Red Crow. Quite hazy amber, solid white head. Nose is herbal, UK, faintly fruity. Bit bland taste, herbal, oily malt, oily UK biscuit, almost medicinal, lingering herbal. UK herbal malt body. Bit so-so.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the London Brewers’ Market. Pours clear, deep amber with a creamy, off-white head. Nice aroma, some piney hops, lightly toasted wholegrain bread, hints of caramel. Light sweet flavour with mellow piney bitterness, more toasty grains, brown bread, faint ripening orange, melon. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Finishes with subtle resin, some further pine notes, toasted grains. It’s an enjoyable beer.

Amber color with a off white head on top. Good lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a soft carbonation level. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Bready, fruity and some roast in the flavor. Decent stuff.

Keg at BD Clerkenwell. It pours clear deep red with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet, jammy red berry, pine, resin, spice, brown bread and orange peel. The taste is bitter, pine, resin, orange peel, zesty, peppery spice, some light alcohol, brown bread malt base and leather with a dry, peppery finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Not bad.

Keg at Brewdog Clerkenwell. A nice hazed raspberry plum red coloured pour with a lasting pink coloured head. Aroma is subdued, berry fruits, airy, little dusty, nice agave note on the nose. Flavour is composed of rounded full grains, oats, wheat, Red vines, cranberry, more agave. Palate is frothy prickly carbonation, rounded, clean finish. Interesting beer and not too weird, I could easily have a pint.
