A kettle sour: if you haven't had this beer, then yes, it really does taste like tzatziki. Cucumbers, yoghurt, mint, ouzo (no garlic, that would be weird). Delicious and strange

330ml bottle. Pours hazy and very pale. Mint, cucumber, lemon acidity, yoghurt. Really does taste like tzatziki. Hard to argue with.

Keg half-pint at The Beer Cellar, Exeter on 11th Nov 2017. Misty golden pour, no head. Real aroma and taste of sour Cucumbers, no Yogurt or Mint for me, but a slight Kiwi fruit note or two from somewhere. Different and interesting, but not something I would drink much off, or on a regular basis.

330ml bottle. Clear, orangey, golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal aroma, notes of peppermint, a touch of cucumber and woodruff. Taste is tart-ish, herbal, notes of cucumber, hints of mint, dill, woodruff.

Bottle from salt horse. Pours clear yellow. Nose is cucumber, Joghurt, citrus. Palate really hits that tzatziki flavour, full on cucumber Joghurt. Weird and delicious.

Keg at Brewdog, CJ. So yeah, it smells like tzatziki. A pale amber. No head. Sour, this remains light being tempered by the cucumber and yoghurt. Is exactly as named. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average - flat carbonation. Long if understated dry finish. Hmmm... obviously avoid if you don't like tzatziki or cucumber. It works. Not sure Id want more than this third but certainly a succesful experiment.

½ Pint @ The Rake. Orange hazy sparkling. Nose is sour lemonade, acid. Taste is lemon, acidic finishing in big cucumber, yoghurt, mint, cilantro. Body is acidic lemonade. Hilarious, brilliantly done. Great to drink.

Flaska från SB. Ljusgul, disig, högt vitt skum. Frisk och syrlig men också en hel del laktosötma. Smak av yoghurt, vete, jäst, citrus och aningen mint och ännu mindre gurka. Bra balans i smakbilden men kanske lite söt annars gott.

BOTTLE, sample at a tasting. Muddy murky yellow. Geez, what weird smell - tart and lactic, or more like pickled - but also a little chemical, medicinal. As you start to dig in, you get the Tzatziki character - cucumber and dill, even some yogurt. The smell is bright lactic, cucumber and dill. A little doughy. Yep, a very nice experiment.
