A kettle sour: if you haven't had this beer, then yes, it really does taste like tzatziki. Cucumbers, yoghurt, mint, ouzo (no garlic, that would be weird). Delicious and strange

33 cl bottle on July 16, 2017.From Systembolaget Karl Johansgatan, Göteborg.BB 15/02/2018.Label marked 4.2% ABV, also had a different label then the one currently showing on RB.Cloudy pale straw yellow color, short lived fizzy white head. Sour, cucumber scent. Sour, cucumber taste. Sour, cucumber, aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness.A cucumber sour I guess I’d call it.6/2/6/2/12=2.8

330ml bottle. Pours cloudy pale yellow with no head. Aroma and taste is pretty much just cucumber and yogurt, the yogurt giving it a kind of creamy feel, it’s not even that sour, low bitterness. Light-medium body, soft carbonation. The flavours work better than expected, a strange beer but it achieves its goal.

(Draught at Dynamo Bar, Brussels, 19 May 2017) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of bread, yoghurt, feta cheese and grass. Malty, fruity taste with bread, goats cheese, yoghurt and fresh grass. Medium body, quite dry, with a slight lactic acidity. Low bitterness. Interesting, works better than expected. Quite refreshing. And quite nice.

Bottle from Tapped, Leeds. Pours hazy dull yellow/gold with a very small white head. Aroma of mint, cucumber, yoghurt, spruce, pine, and chamomile tea. Light sweetness, moderate bitterness, light sour. Light body, average plus carbonation. Finish is dry, tart, with a lasting salty sourness. Superb for what it’s trying to be.
