Saison d’automne, rougeâtre, très atténué, avec de merveilleux accents d’houblons épicés,fruités et herbacé.
Fall Saison, reddish in color, fully attenuated, prety dry with loads of fruity, spicy and herbal hops!

Dunham Saison Rouge. A deep red pour with a crazy thick fizzy light beige head. Dunham seems to have a reputation as slow gushers. Fruity musty Saison aroma I am not sure why it brings red wine to mind. Med-thin bodied, decent but a bit light. The taste is sweet lightly malty, zesty citrus tasty as hell but not gelling as a whole for me.

Bottle: Poured a dark deep reddish color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry fruits with some oak and some light tart notes is pretty unique and intriguing. Taste is a complex mix between some dry fruits and residual sugars notes with some tart notes with light oak notes also noticeable. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Quite unique and very complex but fell a little bit short on the balance side of things.

Very nice. A little funk here. Pours cloudy brown without much head or lacing. Has some funky fermented fruit juice aromas, sour plum and some hay. Finishes sour and bitter with some sweetness. Average carbonation. Tap at Festibiere Gatineau.

A hazed reddish copper saison with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with berries, grassy hops, light off notes. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light solvents notes, strange herbal character, rye, bananas, iron, strange. On tap at Festibiere d’hiver 2014.

Bouteille 750ml.

On tap at Vice et Versa, pours a hazy golden orange with a small beige head. Aroma is very subtle, almost non-existent, with some feet and sweaty socks. Similar flavour, with sweaty workout clothes and feet, not really any traditional saison characteristics, closer to a musty, dank amber ale with a bit of bite and higher carbonation. Not impressed with this one.
