ABV: 14.0%. Unclear dark red colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy cherry, marzipan, almonds, light honey. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, honeý, marzipan, cherry, almonds. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. Bottle shared by Jeff, thanks! Pours a deep reddish purple with a few bubbles but really no head. Aroma is full of cherry and dry honey with a bit of a wine note underlying. Flavor has really dry honey with some sweet pie cherry and dry tart cherry as well.

Flat, deep reddish color. Aroma is sweet fruity, dried cherries, alcohol, cherry stones, almonds, grass, oak, red berries, honey. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, dried cherries, grass, alcohol, minerals, almonds, oak, berry skin, bark, hints of honey. Dry sour-ish fruity and boozy mouthfeel. Nice, but lacks the rich intense fruityness from Frederiksdal cherry wines...

50 cL bottle. Pours deep purple, no head. Aroma is thick cherry fruity, almondish. Light honey underneath. Sweet, fruity, intense cherry. Slight candy like. Lingering sweet honey and cherry fruity far finish.

Smaksprøve hos Ninkasira nov-18: dyp rubinrød. Deilig aroma og smak av honnning og kirksebær, men kirsebærsødmen tar fort overhånd, og den blir som en oppvampet utgave av Cherry Heering. Ubalansert. Har kirsebærene blitt tilsatt for sent i prosessen?
