Octopils is our flagship Italian pilsner, dry-hopped with Hallertauer Tradition and Saphir hops from our favourite German hop farm. The cold-fermenting lager yeast provides a perfectly clean and neutral palette for the German malts and hops to shine, delivering delicate notes of toasted bread and mild citrus fruit. The moderate bitterness and low ABV provide a refreshing balance which makes it all too easy to go back for a second pint.

Draught sample at DØE beer festival 2024. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with floral hoppy and earthy notes. The taste is bitter. Medium body. Drying fruity finish. Well balanced Pils.

Tap at the Prague Beer Fest. Hazy golden body, white head. Herbal and slightly citric aroma. Herbal and slightly citric taste, light woody notes, dry, minerally, vague alcohol (or a combination of unrelated notes that hinted at something similar), light bitterness. Nice stuff.

Dåse fra BestofBeers. Gylden med et fint skum. Aromaen er sød malt og citrus. Sød og let bitter.

Canned. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small foamy white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is grainy, some sweet malts, citrus and some mild wooden and citrus tones. Flavour is sweet floral tones, some sweet malts and grains with some citrus and mild herbal tones. Quite crisp finish. Sessionable modern kind of Pils.

2 months old can from Kihoskh. Pours yellowgolden with a white head. Fresh baked bread and grassy hops. A whiff of citrus. Also evident dms - cauliflower. Such a shame otherwise excellent.
