Draught at Canton, 9/19 and again on draught at Trillium Garden.
Lightly to moderately hazy, brass-copper with platinum blonde highlights and a gentle cloudiness overall. Small white head recedes to a ring steadily.
Lots of very "bready", seemingly over-worked Brett in the nose comes off as almost bile-like as it warms and breathes. Thankfully it eventually passes and I can find layers of white wine, meyer lemon, unripe star fruit and a very light salinity. The remainder of the glass, the aroma is all citrusy, tropical fruit and Brett. Quite enjoyable and glad it just took some extended breathing for the odd bile-like notes to pass.
Soft, juicy and round in the mouth. Quite sweet, though maybe the salt augments that? Lots of honey-like malt character with sourness hitting the back of the throat late, as well as a light hop bitterness. Great juiciness and they've done a great job of replicating the massive tropical notes from Gose Gone Wild, but I think this one is just a bit too sweet overall. Perhaps some time in the bottle will benefit it.

Thanks Zack for the bottle! Poured into a snifter showing well filtered pale gold with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows pronounced tart notes of straw, brett, grapefruit, apricot, and peach. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Moderately tart and apricot forward with a light saltiness to balance it out followed by moderately intense notes of peach and mango.

Greenway: pours hazy gold with white head. Aroma is funky lacto and funk and some lemon. Taste is lightly sour. Very light finish. Salty at the end a bit. Interesting fruity note of I suppose grape at the end.
