On tap at Haand Festival. It pours a lightly unclear orange colored body under a creamy off-white head. Banana, generic fruityness and some pale malts and yeast on the nose. It's medium to full-bodied, smooth and nicely carbonated, with a suiting bitterness. Pale malt, peppery yeast and some resin hints in the flavor. Lasting finish. Not my favorite saison, but sure enjoyable. It's too much on the banana side, at least in the aroma, and feels a bit boring in a way, not as complex, though subtle, as a saison should be. 170526

Draught at Brygg. Hazy orange coloured body, filmy layer, scattered lacing. Grass, apricot and some spices on the nose. Ripe orange taste added by spices and moments of candy sweetness. Dried fruity ending. Medium bodied. Decent, just a little too sweet. (Oslo 03.09.2017).

Sampled at Gladmat, Malt & Humle 2017. Unclear golden body with a moderate sized white head. Aroma is light with hint of citric fruit, spicy saison yeast and something floral. Quite moderate in flavor as well, medium sweet pale malt, spicy yeast, floral, light fruity bitterness. Medium body and aftertaste. A nice, quite straight forward and a little discreet Saison.

On tap @ Naboen. Looks nice with a cloudy orangeish looking body under a medium sized slowly fading and lacing whiteish head. Loaded with banana on the noise. Yeasty, funky saison, citrus peely, traces of both white sugar and ketchup. Like it. Very arch saison. It's on the sweeter side in the taste. Almost a little sugary actually. More of that banana. Apples also detected here. It's mild oily in the mouth and it's just below average on the carbonation. Prickling as such. It's never cloying, but it's on the sweeter side of the scale this. Wheat sweet and a little dryish on the tail. Nice and a very strong saison factor on this one - eve though it also tastes a little bit like a heffe. 29.04.2017
