Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017 - London. Pours oily black with a foamy, tan cap. Good stuff, big, fairly sweet, has some burnt wood dryness, vanilla. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Finishes somewhat dry with ashy roast. Good stuff.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day two, 09/09/2017. A jet black brown colored pour with a frothy tan head. Aroma is harsh roast, earthy ,coconut, bourbon oak. Flavour is composed of oak, bourbon barrell, earthy roast, alcohol. Palate is full bodied, alcohol, boozy.

Beaverfest Day 2. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Palate is soft and has reasonable fine carbonation. Rich dark malts, good dark chocolate. Good fruity bourbon, not too tangy. Light chocolatey finish. Pretty good!

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, Day Two, 09/09/17. Black with a well presented tan covering that retains well. Nose is big on chocolate, roast malts, mellow spice fumes, whisky notes, toffee fudge, dried fruits. Taste comprises bitter roast, liquourice, chocolate biscuit, light smoke, leather, dried fruits. Medium bodied with a little clout, fine carbonation, drying close with a well balanced barrel twang. Top draw stout action offered here.

Tap@Beavertown Extravaganza 2017, London - pours black with a tan head. Roasted and sweet malty, slight burnt charred dark malty notes, with sweet chocolate, caramel, cocoa, resonating bourbon and vanilla into the finish.

On tap at at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Pours black with brownish head. Chocolate, vanilla, bourbon, bit boozy. Soft carbonation, smooth. Medium to full bodied.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza (9%, Woodford Reserve version). It pours opaque dark born to black with a tan head. The aroma is rich, sweet, sticky, toffee, fudge, bourbon, vanilla, rock road and caramelised sugars. The taste is rich roasted malt, oily, chewy malt, bourbon, dark chocolate tart, toffee, fudge, millionaire’s shortbread and some warming alcohol through the finish. Medium – full body and fine carbonation. A very nice bourbon barrel aged stout.

Tap at BeaverEx 2017, London. Colour is black with small brownish head. Aromas and flavours: Bourbon, dark chocolate and roasted malts. Pretty soft but easy.
