This is the most recent beer that they have intuitively collaborated on. After a year of oak ageing, a beautiful mixed fermentation Saison emerged, which was then blended with a portion of three year old lambic. Dry and oaky with subtle fruit and spicing to the fore, we believe this beer is well worth the wait.

Bottle, 750 ml, shared with kajser27, Max and Miro B. Cloudy golden with white head. Funk, citric, juicy, some barnyard, medium sourness. Not super complex in the back, but super refreshing.

Draft. A hazy light yellow beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, grapes, wood, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet lemons, grapes, wood, spices, hops, straw, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

200ml draught at Cafe Sara. Patchy surface leaving clingy lacing on the glass, misty golden-orange body. Moderate farmyard on the nose, dry and tart. Taste profile of fruity oak, cheese and forest. Ends mid-tart and dry. Okay cleanser, not a great favourite of mine though. (Oslo 31.08.2020).
