Brewery draught 12/6/25.
Clear golden with a small, but somewhat firm, white head.
Smells the part with an excellent, authentic yeast signature and good malt character without too much breadiness. Mild but evident, herbal and grassy hops. Reasonably crisp in the end.
Similar flavors with a lighter but not thin body and ample malt. Yeast and hop lighten the fairly dry finish. Clean, flavorful, drinkable.

Can: Poured a clear pale yellow color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some light sugar notes and subtle dry herbal hops notes. Taste is also a mix of cereal notes with some dry herbal hops notes with some residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Refreshing lager but could be a bit cleaner.

On tap at the brewery, pours a clear gold, zero head. I mean none. Honey, grain and yeast on the nose. Flavor is grain... but not much else. Flabby finish really hurts it. Hard to drink. Nope.

Pours a clear golden straw from a can. Sweet malts, hay in the nose, similar flavor. A touch too sweet. Good beer.

Directly from 16 oz can purchased in NH. Its pale yellah. Taste is mild compared to many helles latgers. Goes down rather easy and its repeatable. Not bad, comes across like many well made pale lagers.
