The taste is crisp, tart, tangy, natural yoghurt, lemony tang, salted cracker. earth, toasted coriander seeds, minerals, tart pear and a touch of acidity with dry, tart finish. Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at the brewery. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold, a little effervescent, with a small creamy, white head. The nose holds ripening lemon, acid, melon. Light sweet flavour with sturdy acidity, some salt, lemon juice, dried wheat. Light bodied with quick, spritzy carbonation. Dry and quenching in the finish, with further lemony acidity, mild sweetness. Pretty refreshing overall.

(thanks for sharing!) Sampled draft @ The Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Day 1. Hazy to milky orange. Nose is weird dirty milky cereal, dough. Taste is oddly milky, cereal, lime, green. Milky. Strange, not all bad but not really what I think of when I hear Gose.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is dough, bananas, spicy yeasts. Taste is dough, bananas, belgian yeasts. Medium carbonation. Not bad, but I don't really get where the Gose lies in this one.
