Thanks to yespr! 500 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBSG17. Massive GUSHER & it just kept gushing on & on. Hazy brown, uneven white head. Nose is all spoiled rotting fruit, chemical, band-aid. Taste is rotting chemical plastic, spoiled candy, plastic,… Body is infected carbonation, fizzy. Total botch job, Rocket brewing tends to fail but this is a train wreck.

Very cloudy reddish brown beer, small creamy irregular beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, funky, malty, grains, lots and lots of brett indeed, artificial brett though, bit dirty. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty soapy, bitter, malty, soft roast, sourish, funky. Aftertaste: bitter, malty, grains, dirty, pretty soapy, little bitter, funky, sourish finish.

Bottle at KØ16. Mild citric aroma. Teaish flavour, slightly acetic. Not acidic at all. Cloudy dark brown colour. High carbonation.

Ruby/chestnut colour, with a big off-white head. In-your-face funky brett aroma with hints of citrus and malty notes of bread and nuts. Dry and slightly tart flavour with malt, funk, yeast and phenols.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, plastic, rubber, moderate yeasty, brett, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, brett, dry, yeasty, messy. Bottle @ my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are fruits, yeast, brett, malt and hops. Quite bad balanced beer.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Hazy reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, fruity and bretty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. Unfortunately there are some burnt plastic notes after a zip or two. 090116
