19/VIII/17 - 33cl bottle @ Gents Bierfestival - BB: n/a (2017-1272) Thanks to the Belgian ratebeer crew for sharing today's beers and celebrating my 10K!
Pretty cloudy amber beer, creamy solid beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, caramel, bit spicy, fruity. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: quite some citrus, very malty, grains, some caramel, bit fruity. Aftertaste: pretty fruity, citrus, very light soft bitterness, some dried fruits, raisins. In all a pretty light and refreshing ale. Even though probably intended as a crowd pleaser, I think experienced beer tasters will often like it as well. (Thanks 77ships for proving me wrong :p )
