On tap at the source. Hazy deep yellow color with a decent sized bubbly white head that slowly recedes. Big banana and moderate bubble gum on the nose with a light spice to counter. Very tasty, fantastic hefe.

Sample draft at the source. Aroma is floral with scent of bread and citrus. Nice, thick and sustained white head that laced the glass while drinking.

Flavor has the noticeable banana and citrus. The nice thing here is the banana Yeast flavor never overwhelms the palate. The mouthfeel is on the fuller side but doesn’t become chewy. Had I had this in a blind taste test, I would have said this was a fresh Hefe brewed in Germany. Perfect use of the yeast.

Great clarity. a pale burnt orange. minimal head but white ring. Not a lot of aroma on this one but that’s probaby because it was filled to the top of the glass.. Sort of an oatmeal, munich malt taste. good yeast presence. ginger, lemon, hay and wheat with a spicy yeast presence. finish is clean with a nice oat, barley taste.
